TECSCU/TRG Fall 2012 Joint Conference

Theme

“The Proof of Effective Partnerships: Educators Meeting the Challenges and Opportunities of the 21^st Century.”

Please mark your calendars, and plan on joining us for the Second Fall Joint Conference of TECSCU and TRG as we examine the evidence of resilient partnerships in teacher and education leadership preparation, and as we examine richly diverse models of collaboration.

Date:  September 29 – October 2, 2012
Location:  Key Bridge Marriott Hotel
1401 Lee Highway
Arlington, Virginia

The hotel is located on the Virginia side of the Francis Scott Key Bridge, from the heart of Georgetown (10 minute walk); only minutes from Reagan National Airport, and two blocks from Washington’s Metro Rail system.

Details, including “Requests for Proposals”, registration, lodging reservations, etc. will be posted on the TRG and TECSCU websites soon.  Please place these dates on your calendar today and check our websites periodically for updates!  Thank you.

Additionally, as you complete the Survey, you will note that we have added a check box related to preparing a submission for the Conference Proceedings.  We will be following up with everyone who checks that box with further guidance related to focus, length, format/style issues as well as a "supportive" peer review process.  We hope you will seriously consider this opportunity as it will help us all get the word out about the great work of TRG and TECSCU institutions.  We look forward to hearing from you.
